You will be requested to fill out a Rental Application, have your credit history pulled, have a background check and provide paycheck stubs. Expect to be interviewed. Most landlords require First Month’s Rent, Last Month’s Rent, and a Security Deposit. Expect to have restriction on some pets, especially if they exceed 15-25 pounds.
